Suggested use: Initial cleansing program Take 10 capsules daily the first 3 days with a large glass of water. (Capsules are small and easy to swallow.) Follow by taking 10 capsules daily, as directed by your physician, for the next 18 days. Follow-up Cleansing Program After completing the initial cleansing program, as maintenance take 10 capsules (with a large glass of water) one day a month for the next six months; or more often as needed, or as directed by your physician. For best results, take on an empty stomach.
