Suggested use: - Add an ice cube - Add 1/2 tsp of cocoa powder for chocolate flavor - Add 2 strawberries and/or a few blueberries for taste Suggested use Adults take 1 tsp twice daily. Pour warm water over colostrum. Mix until smooth. Advanced use Take 2 tsp twice daily, 30-40 minutes before exercise and before bedtime. Children (6-12 years) 1 tsp daily mixed into food like applesauce or yogurt, or non-acidic juice.
