In this installment of The Digest, we're diving into the SuppCo user data on these 6 brain-supporting supplements to see how our community is approaching cognitive wellness.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids: The Community Favorite

One of the most popular nutrients across SuppCo users, omega-3 fatty acids show up in 34% of stacks and over 3,200 products in the SuppCo database.

Of the 92 products containing fisetin, most feature the nutrient alongside other longevity staples including NAD precursors, resveratrol, and quercetin.
