Suggested use: Dr. Darren Burke (PhD) recommends 2-4 scoops every day mixed with 250 ml (1 cup) of water or skim milk. On training days, take 1 scoop in the morning, 1-2 scoops immediately after exercise, and 1 scoop at bedtime. On non-training days, take 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop at bedtime. For best results use PROMASIL every day and combine with resistance exercise 3-5 days per week.
