Suggested use: Take at night with at least 8oz of water. Make sure to drink at least 2L of water a day to avoid dehydration from the Magnesium's osmotic activity. If you are not currently supplementing with magnesium, start with 1 dose (2 capsules), which provides 180mg elemental magnesium, and take this 3-5 days in a row and see how your bowels change. If no change is noted, increase to 3 capsules, and wait another 3-5 days If no change is noted, increase to 4 capsules a day. This is the max dosage.
