Six months ago, we launched SuppCo with a simple belief: supplements should make sense. Last week, we took our latest step in making that belief a reality with Expert Protocols: 35 new Protocols curated by 7 renowned experts to make it easier to find the nutrients you need to reach your goals.
With our Expert Protocol launch, we've welcomed ~30,000 new users to the SuppCo community in just the last two weeks.
We want to welcome each of our new users and use this issue of The Digest to recap the latest trends we're seeing across our 125,000 SuppCo users.
USER SNAPSHOT
The collective wisdom of the SuppCo community continues to shape how we understand the supplement landscape.
SuppCo users average 5-6 products per supplement stack (down slightly from our earlier data as new users join and build their stacks), and leading goals with supplements have remained consistent:
Fitness leads the pack with 33% of users identifying it as one of their top 3 goals
Energy, Gut Health, Weight Management, and Longevity each have 25% of users identifying it as a top 3 goal
We saw these goals and we acted: our Expert Protocols are crafted specifically to focus on the health goals SuppCo users care about most.

NUTRIENT SNAPSHOT
Core to each SuppCo Protocol are the nutrients themselves. While over 400 nutrients make up the SuppCo nutrient database, the most commonly used nutrients across our community reveal a commitment to the fundamentals:
78% of users take vitamin D3
55% of users take a protein supplement
45% of users take omega-3 fatty acids
These picks highlight another important aspect of the supplement space for SuppCo users: its role in wellness and preventive care.
It’s why we’ve created 10 Essential Health Protocols specifically dedicated to fostering whole-body wellness at any age.
PRODUCT SNAPSHOT
And, of course, nutrients work their way into each of us through the products we purchase. SuppCo’s database of over 200,000 products continues to unveil the incredibly long tail of the supplement industry.
There are currently 65,000 unique products in user stacks across our community—a number that grows daily as new users add their products to the platform.
Here's where it gets wild: only 29 products are used by 1,000 or more SuppCo users. On the flip side, roughly half of products in stacks (~32,000 products) are taken by a single user, and 84% (~55,000 products) are taken by 10 or fewer users.
The fragmentation we highlighted in our first Digest issue has only become more pronounced as the industry continues its rapid expansion.
We built Product TrustScore specifically to help address this issue. TrustScores are now available on over 16,000 products (covering the most stacked products) and are designed to help cut through the noise. Because when there are 200,000 options to choose from, quality ratings aren't just helpful—they're essential.
