In our latest investigation, we purchased and lab-tested 13 of the most popular berberine supplements on the market, including top sellers on Amazon and well-known national brands.
What we found was alarming:
A large number of products failed to deliver the berberine listed on their labels
Dosage levels often did not align with amounts studied in clinical trials
Several “Amazon’s Choice” products failed testing, proving that online badges are no guarantee of quality
Some brands leaned heavily on marketing claims, but contained little of the active ingredient that makes berberine effective
This is the latest release in our SuppCo Tested series, where we independently purchase and lab-test supplements to see if they deliver what they promise. Every product was bought anonymously, and all results were verified by independent, ISO-accredited labs.
Because if you are buying a supplement as important as berberine, you deserve to know if it is actually real.
So we put it to the test.
