Urolithin A is one of the most promising compounds in the longevity world, linked to mitochondrial health, cellular energy, and healthy aging. But as interest in the ingredient has exploded, so has the confusion, marketing hype, and questionable product quality.

So we put it to the test.

In our latest SuppCo Tested investigation, we purchased and lab-tested 10 of the most popular Urolithin A supplements, including top sellers on Amazon and brands riding the longevity wave.

What we found was alarming:

  • 6 of 10 products failed to deliver the Urolithin A on their label

  • Some contained less than 0.1% of their claimed dose

  • Price is a clear indicator of quality

  • Several of the worst performers had the “Amazon’s Choice” badge

We even found products that mimicked the popular Timeline’s branding referencing “Mitopure” in search terms, and listing ultra-high doses to stand out, only to deliver almost nothing in the capsule.

This is the third release in our SuppCo Tested series, following the viral Creatine and NAD⁺ reports. As always, no brands paid to be included, every product was purchased anonymously, and all results were verified by independent, ISO-certified labs.

Because if you’re paying premium prices for a cutting-edge supplement, you deserve to know whether it’s actually real.

Want to know which products passed, which failed, and which brands actually delivered?
