Suggested use: Spartan Electrolyte Tablets are designed to hydrate you as your body needs. The sustained release technology will release just the right amount of electrolytes into the body over a period of 4-6 hours. Just remember to drink plenty of water. We reccomend taking 1-3 tablets 1/2 hour before exercise and re-dosing for activities lasting longer than 3 hours.
