Founder's Note 09 | Huge Steps to Better Nutrient Research and Community

Hi there,
Steve and Nick here with your November product update. We're excited to share some major updates that just went live on SuppCo.
New Nutrient Research pages showing data-backed effects

This is a big one. Dr. Jordan Glenn, our Head of Science, has been methodically reviewing the available body of research for all nutrients we track and mapping out the health goals and effects you can actually expect from them.
Here's what makes this different: Jordan isn't just sharing possible nutrient effects. He's analyzing the quality of studies and assigning SuppCo's confidence grade to each effect based on the strength of the evidence. You'll finally know which benefits are backed by solid research and which are just marketing hype.
Here’s an example for the popular nutrient Creatine.
In a few weeks, we'll be unveiling a brand new Nutrient Research Center that makes it easy to search and discover nutrients based on your desired outcomes. For now, you can access the new nutrient pages by clicking through from your Stack.
Community Comments are finally here
You can now comment on all SuppCo articles and lists. This is our first real step toward building the kind of community we've always envisioned - a place where you can share N+1 insights, ask questions, and learn from each other's experiences.
The early response has been great to see. Last week’s Peptide Science Corner got 20+ comments, with some genuinely fascinating discussions happening in the thread.
You can comment on this founder's note right in the app to share your feedback, ask questions, or just say hi. Expect to see more community improvements before the end of 2025!
For Pro users: Flexible and Smart scheduling is live

Last week, we rolled out two of our most-requested Pro features, focused on helping you stick to your routine more effectively: Flexible Scheduling and Smart Schedule Optimization. These custom tools give you complete control over when you take your supplements, with intelligent guidance on timing, absorption, and supplement interactions.
If you're a free user who's been frustrated trying to manage a complex supplement schedule, these Pro tools might be worth checking out.
As always, your feedback shapes what we build next. The comment feature exists because you asked for it. The nutrient research rebuild exists because you told us you wanted to understand the science behind potential effects. We're listening, and we're building.
Thank you for being part of this community and for pushing us to keep making SuppCo better.
There's so much more coming.
