Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules with 8-10 ounces of water, twice daily, 30-60 minutes before meals. Start with 1 capsule, twice daily, to assess tolerance for the first 3 days, then gradually increase dosage. Never consume more than 2 capsules in a 4-hour period and/or consume more than 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take it within 4 hours of bedtime.
