Suggested use: To assess your tolerance, refer to the chart below. Once tolerance has been assessed, take two (2) capsules once daily 30-60 mins before your two largest meals of the day (eg. breakfast and lunch). Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
