Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of ACG3(R) CHARGED+ with 4-6 oz. of cold water 30-45 minutes before workout. Follow this regimen for the first week of use. If necessary, on week two increase to 1 and a half scoops prior to workout. The optimal dose will vary by individual between 1-2 scoops.
