Suggested use: Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older) In a glass, add water or juice to one heaped scoop of HMF Pre + Probiotic and mix. Take once daily, at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics or other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Drink a full glass of liquid with each serving. When used as a gentle laxative, effects are observed twelve to twenty-four hours after first dose, and may take two to three days.
