Nutrient Spotlight
Traveling during the holidays? A great way to make sure your immune system is up for the challenges of time zone changes, airport crowds, and winter weather is with a boost of Vitamin C.
Vitamin C is a bit of a hero. Not only is it a key nutrient in our Essential Immune Support protocol, it also appears in SuppCo protocols for brain health, fertility support, and skin health.
Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant, protecting cells from damage and promoting health. It’s a great nutrient for supporting your everyday wellness and keeping your immune system ready to go.
Remember, Vitamin C is best taken with food to help with absorption and avoid an upset stomach. Your body has a limit to how much Vitamin C it can absorb at one time, so daily consistency will be your friend for this nutrient. Check out our detailed guide to Vitamin C here!
Community News
If you didn’t already know, SuppCo is home to lots of great supplement content. While I’m partial to The Digest, our head of science Jordan publishes a wonderfully informative weekly Science Corner in addition to quarterly SuppCo Testing reports where we share our findings from testing popular products.
It used to be a bit tricky to filter and search for articles on SuppCo, but you can now sort the articles section of SuppCo to find your favorite series and browse its full history.
