Founder's Note 08 | A New Era: Introducing StackScore & Pro

A New Era: Introducing StackScore & Pro

Hi there,

Steve and Nick here, co-founders of SuppCo. Every month or two we send our users a product update about how we’re making SuppCo better for you.

Since our last note, we’ve grown by quite a bit, adding over ~100k new users.  To those of you who are new, welcome, we are so thrilled you’re here.

We have two very exciting product releases to share as we kick off September.

Meet StackScore: Your New Stack Command Center

Since launching our stack analysis tool, originally called SuppScore, we've heard from thousands of you about what's working and what isn't. Your feedback has been so helpful: you want more visual insights, clearer guidance on improvements, and scoring that feels more consistent from month to month.

For months now, we’ve been heads-down re-imagining the stack analysis experience, based on your insights.

Today marks its official relaunch, with the fresh new name StackScore. We didn't just tweak a few things—we rebuilt it from the ground up.

Here's what's new:

A Complete Visual Overhaul: We've transformed StackScore from a static report into a dynamic hub where you can actually see what's happening with your stack. Think less spreadsheet, more dashboard that helps you take action.

Smarter, More Predictable Scoring:  We've consolidated our scoring into four key categories that reflect what actually matters for your supplement goals. Every user’s score will be updated to reflect this upgraded approach.  Going forward, your score will only change when your stack actually does.

Actionable Insights, Not Just Numbers: Instead of just telling you what's wrong, StackScore now shows you exactly how to fix it. Whether that's upgrading a low-quality or expensive product, filling a nutrient gap, or removing something that doesn't serve your goals.

Automatic Monthly Updates: Your StackScore will refresh automatically each month, and you'll get a notification if changes to your stack impact your score. No more manual refreshing required, although you can still do that 3 times each month.

If you're a new user who signed up after August 19th, you're already seeing the new StackScore experience.

For everyone else, you can manually refresh your score in the app today to try it out, or wait until mid-September when it will automatically refresh for everyone.

Introducing SuppCo Pro

Many of you have noticed the quiet launch of our Pro membership, which we began testing in early July and have now rolled out as an offering to all users.

Pro is an even deeper way to personalize your supplement routine, with early features focused on building you a custom nutrient plan from the ground up, and helping you optimize every product in your stack. Like everything we build, Pro will constantly evolve and improve.

Based on your feedback, we have a long roadmap for Pro that we’re seriously excited about building.  Priority items include: customizable stack scheduling, integration with Apple Health / Google Fit & Wearables, biomarker and nutrition personalization, interaction checking, and the ability to track non-supplements like peptides and medications in your stack.

We remain deeply committed to a robust free user experience, with ongoing improvements for years to come.  Offering a Pro experience will also allow us to build additional personalization-focused tools with your support, for which we’re very grateful.

Stay healthy,

Steve Martocci & Nick Michlewicz
Co-Founders, SuppCo

P.S. This is just the beginning. We've got some major updates coming in the next few months that we think you're going to love. Stay tuned.
