Suggested use: 1. Take 1 Slippery Box capsule by mouth twice a day. 2. Ensure you consume each capsule with a full glass of water. 3. Please note that this product is not recommended for use during pregnancy. However, it is safe to take while on birth control, as long as you space it at least 2 hours apart from your birth control medication.
