This is the stack I use to keep myself as healthy as possible as I get attacked by vicious daycare illnesses my delightful baby brings home with him. Results have mostly been positive, though some baby-incubated sicknesses cannot be defended against.

I don't eat enough fish so this is an important nutrient for me to stay healthy. Also probably good for my cholesterol.
Being in NYC in the winter, this is a must. I chose a D3+K2 combo for maximum absorption.
Zinc is my highest confidence defense product.
I like this echinacea + vitamin C combo, but I don't take it continuously. I'll rotate to a Vitamin C only and generally stop altogether in the summer, unless I feel something coming on.
