When I'm feeling run down I take all 4 of these nightly for sleep. L-theanine and apigenin help me fall asleep and glycine and magnesium help me stay asleep.

I take 400 mg when I've had a very mentally active day or am under a lot of stress.
Glycine dosing can be very individual, some people require quite a bit more than others. I need just 500 mg while my mother needs 2000 mg.
