Scientific Research Alert: Join The Most Comprehensive Magnesium Use Survey Ever Conducted

Magnesium shows up in 27,000 products across 276,000 stacks on SuppCo. It is the most confusing common supplement we track.
Magnesium is complicated. There are at least seven distinct forms, each with a different absorption profile and a different use case, and most labels do not explain the difference. People take magnesium glycinate for sleep, magnesium threonate for cognition, magnesium oxide because it was the cheapest option on the shelf, often without knowing those are not interchangeable decisions.
That confusion is exactly why we need real data.
Magnesium is in over 27,000 products and stacked by over 276,000 SuppCo users. It is one of the most widely used supplements we track, and one of the least understood.
Academic research on magnesium is scattered. Studies tend to isolate one form, one outcome, one population. They rarely capture how people actually use magnesium in the real world: which form they chose, why they chose it, whether they understood the difference, whether it actually helped their sleep, and whether they are even taking enough of it to do anything at all.
That gap is what we are trying to close.

We have launched a large-scale magnesium use survey in partnership with Oklahoma State University's Human Performance and Nutrition Research Institute.
What we're asking

This survey is designed to capture real-world magnesium use at a scale that simply has not been done before.
We are asking questions like:
Which form of magnesium you use (if any) and how you chose it
Understand the differences between forms
What you are using magnesium for: sleep, stress, muscle recovery, cognition, or something else
Whether you notice a meaningful effect, and how quickly
How you dose it, and whether you have adjusted that dose over time
What you stack it with and why
Our goal is to run what we believe will be the most comprehensive survey of real-world magnesium use ever conducted.
In a traditional research setting, recruiting tens of thousands of magnesium users with established supplement routines simply does not happen. At SuppCo, it does.
Because of who our users are. People who are already tracking, already experimenting, already asking harder questions than the label answers.
That is what makes this possible, and what makes the data worth collecting.
The results will be analyzed and published with Oklahoma State University in an academic journal. We will share the findings directly with our users as well.
Whether you use magnesium, have used it before, or have never used it but wonder whether the form you pick actually matters, we want to hear from you.
Your response helps build the clearest picture of real-world magnesium use we have ever had. The survey takes only a few minutes.
We cannot wait to see what we learn together.

A bonus for participants
A random drawing will be held among eligible participants who complete this survey and voluntarily opt in. Ten (10) winners will receive a SuppCo yearly membership. If a selected winner already has an active paid SuppCo yearly membership, an additional year will be added for free.
